Dime is an electronic-acoustic experimental jazz project featuring Edan Walker (keys/synth), Anton Levings (beats/synth/fx), Zac Nisbet (bass), Sara Todner (trumpet) and Ethan Schembri (tenor sax). Inspired by Nala Sinephro, Floating Points and Nubya Garcia, the group combines jazz improvisation with modular synthesis, live drum programming and sampling. Acoustic instruments weave through experimental textures, shifting between groove-driven passages and ambient soundscapes to push the traditional jazz ethos in a new direction. (Doors open at 7.30pm)
